I dont know of anywhere in the UK.

Its seldom worthwhile anyway as parts are not available seperately for most of them. Maybe brakes or brushes or motor coupling and bearings. Thats all. So a refurbed motor will just be fancy looking, cleaned, new brushes and bearings. Probably using the same old magnets and gears etc. Usually same old armatured cleaned up. And ot much cheaper tha new. What are these motors, exactly?

Yes. Then just order a set. I replace every 2 years of use or first sign of wear or noise as a matter of course. Breaking down is not an option. I know what you mean about miles I had a german shephard. He made me walk him twice a day. Not sure how far in winter but at least 5 miles a time in summer. So yes 8 miles a day easily. And yes about 20 stone too.

But I could never make a full day on a set of lead batteries as I also have to eat (in town, and bank, pay bills, buy stuff, market etc), go to various pubs in an evening, fly model planes on a battery draining grass airfield etc. So its essential with lead batteries to at least fast charge a couple of times during the day at high power to get them back to 95% or something close while I check mail, and again before going out in an evening. Dont know how you can cope otherwise. And doing that means batteries last a hell of a lot longer. Maybe 5 or 6 years instead of 1.

But if you are doing that you really need to go lithium and get 4 to 5x the range. Its stops all that messing about at a stroke.

Hi there Burgerman sorry to here about your foot hope you are better soon for your sake I live in Mablethorpe for how much longer we are in the process of getting our permanent residents visa in Canada we have a son that lives there and a son that lives in Vermont USA would have been there now but COVID-19 put a stop to that but long last they have started the process again we have to go to London next week for our
Biometrics
I was hoping that I could get the salsa m to go a bit faster it’s slow.
Hope you get the foot better soon take care.

You can change the way it steers by 1000%. You can get it to accelerate rapidly. You CANNOT make it go faster than the motors it came with. If they are 4 mph ones you are screwed. If it came via wheelchaiservices originally that will be the case. Its cheaper...

You need 6mph 4 pole ones.
