Ah. The chair tech strikes again. If you learned oine thing it is that around 90% of these "experts" are idiots. Why the hell didnt he test it, figure it out and route the wires properly? Believe me this stuff if very common! If you find a chair tech that is any good, have it framed. Theres very few of them.

Thanks, the turning and stopping reaction is pretty horrific, is that the reason behind changing the programming?

Hi,
Yes sorry, just wondering whether the dongle and software in the link will allow me to make programming changes to my controller?
Thanks

It can make SOME changes as its a dealer dongle. The OEM version, they probably wont sell you. But you can use a dealer dongle, and some OEM software to achieve the same thing as long as you know how. And I do.

Good afternoon dear forum, I am programming and at the same time learning an armchair assembled out of series with an R-Net led equipment and D50903.12 controller with my old pc and we got the OEM and DEALER dongles that it cost us to find 2 years ... I appreciate to each and every one of you what we learn is infinite. We are trying to vary the turning speeds to a minimum since as they are, it is not possible to drive.
Sorry for my English that Google helps me a lot.

I think he is trying to change the turning speeds.
Go back to the start of this thread, all the programming information is there.
Maybe user martin007 can help with translation. He is also from Spain.

But that normally means that the turn acceleration, turn deceleration, and minimum turn acceleration and minimum turn deceleration are AS USUAL ON EVERY CHAIR set to a low figure like 35 or 40 and so you cant hit a barn side. So in a futile attempt to fix this they want to slow down the turn speed.

And this is why a better translation is needed.

Hello again, if we are trying to minimize the turning speeds for left and right. We start with values from 40% to 100% for maximum speed, minimum speed, etc. and we do not see changes.

Post your settings file HERE.

What chair is this ??

Hello again, if we are trying to minimize the turning speeds for left and right.

Does this mean you want the chair to turn SLOWLY or that you have set the MINIMUM turn speed higher/lower?

We start with values from 40% to 100% for maximum speed, minimum speed, etc. and we do not see changes.

That has nothing to do with turning???

Yes dear Burgerman, we are trying to minimize turn speeds and increase forward ground speed. The chair is an out-of-the-box copy that someone else made.

I am well guided by you and the oem dongle that we acquired for the chair is similar to the one at the beginning of this post (homemade here in Argentina)
DATA: engines AMT Typ: srg0111
24 volts 4000 / 153min-1 0.35kw 17A
R-net led joystick with light actuation and control, PG DRIVE R-net D50903.12 control board.

If I try to upload, but I think we do not have the permissions to upload photos, avatar, etc. We are testing since yesterday and we are very close to achieving the changes. We haven't been able to slow down tour speeds yet, though.
WE THANK YOU so much so much good vibes for us.

Good evening, let me tell you that the chair worked very well with the parameters that we were changing, only if we position the front wheels of the chair in front of an edge and we want to raise it, THERE IS NO MOVEMENT, but if we make a small movement of the joystick towards any steering the chair overcomes the obstacle without problem. My question is: how should we regulate and what parameters so that this dead time disappears? THANK
I send you the requested parameters

Do you know what MOTOR LOAD COMPENSATION IS?
Do you know what TORQUE is and what it does?

Important.
1, WHAT CHAIR IS THIS?
2, Are the motors 2 pole or 4 pole?
3, What is max chair SPEED?

And now For the 5th time. POST THE SETTINGS FILE!
Not a picture or a word document. Like this:

(DONT USE THIS! it is just an example to show what to post here).

Hello Burgerman, I'll give it to you again ...
AMT typ SRGO111 engines.
4000/153 MIN-1
0.35 KW 17 A
R_NET LED Joystick R_NET Board D50903.12
Rear wheel drive without actuators.
Homemade (they make it in an orthopedic)

With the torque I have no problem. That is why I was asking about the load compensation that I do not know how to regulate well.

Speed 6 mph
Basic lighting equipment.

Ah. Now we are speaking english.
Where is the settings file?

That chair is yet another copy of what I made about 16 years ago...

Right. 6MPH motors would be around 174RPM. As they dont do that RPM when under load. It drops by around 10 percent.
Motor compensation should be set to 45mOhm on the AMT 4 pole motors normally.
Set it to more and the chair gets JUMPY. Set it too low and not enough torque to easily climb a threshold or small edge.

Make VERY SMALL changes at a time. Setting too high will result in a runaway. Unstopable. Broken legs. Damage...

PLEASE POST YOUR FILE!!!

Thank you dear, if what you indicate is very good for me. I read the 19 pages of this complete post and then that's what I did, I'll keep trying to get the effective percentage !!. I upload the file again. THANK YOU 11.
