Not buying yet though till they ort out the inevitable early adopter issues. Its a very different way of doing things. So will wait till board manufacturers, windows 10 and 11 get their acts together properly. And then also prices shuld fall even further for the cpu, and esp for the 1080 nvidia cards. That 1080 is essential for 4k gaming. It allows 60 to 70 fps with its new method of upscaling enen 1440 games to 4k. And great on native 4k stuff like microsoft amazing new FS with all the details turned up to max. Its almost twice as good as the previous 1080, 2080 cards. At the same launch price. No 5% gains here!
4K gaming NEEDS this level of CPU and graphics card. Non of the lesser cards can cope with 4k gaming. And/or a slower cpu. Although right now its around £1.1k plus CPU £600 and m/b and mem.
