Although I can supply decent used PL8, I also recommend BMS.
Modern programmable, bluetooth connected BMS, with 1A~2A balance current (as below), will do a decent job .
You can charge it via any charger if you don't mind long charging time. You may charge it with a more powerful psu, like ZXD2400.

And they do a crap job of charging too...
Therefor, we use BMS for CHARGING ONLY.
Power your wheelchair from lithium battery DIRECTLY.

I didn't notice this message. For some reason, I thought he built it without BMS. :lol:

Yes, he recharge his chair via PL8 at home, whereas through an external BMS on vacation.

Head spinning?
Now the smoke is coming out too.

He charges via a PL8 normally.

When on holiday, PL8 lots bigger as it needs a power supply as well. So he uses a BMS but not on the chair. Theres little space to fit one. So used externally, with a power supply. You can do that with a ZXD supply too.

Post update;
I replaced the batteries on my 2022 Permobil F5 with lithium batteries using JK-BMS. I was able to install eight 105 Ah EVE cells.

I was also given another 2019 Permobil F5 as a gift.

Due to my arms becoming extremely weak, I've started using a chin control joystick. I'm transferred over the backrest to get a deeper seating position. I have nowhere to attach the chin control joystick without it getting in the way during transfers. Does anyone know of any inexpensive chin control mounts?
