Adapted Cars in France

Hi, I live full time in France, have MS and use an electric wheelchair all the time. Am trying to get my head around 'graduating' to drive a proper road vehicle, but while a Google search comes up with lots of UK based sites for second-hand vehicles, I can'r seem to find anything in France, except a few items on French eBay. So if anyone has any gen on French sites for new and second-hand vehicles I would be very interested. And/or if anyone has any experience of using what seem to be be smaller cars like the Kangoo, would like to hear from them. Many thanks.

To drive from a wheelchair? Transport a seated occupant? Transfer to a seat inside? But no nothing french specific.

I am specifically interested in driving a car sitting in a wheelchair

Smaller, and sitting in a wheelchair means no luggage, no passengers in the rear, etc as you drive through this bit. And some are limited to special lower powerchairs, that are awful to use.

Theres plenty of others. Have a look at some of the advertisers site like brook mobility for eg. My van is left habd drive, from bekker mobility, imported on my behalf at half price from the US so also check out if they will import a left hand drive version and convert than, and ship it.
