Well IMHO the big thing to look at on a set of Jumper cables is the wire gage - the bigger the wire the better, and as far as I'm concerned, anything smaller than AWG 6, or 10mm^2 wire is GARBAGE - it might get you started if the battery is just barely dead, but don't count on it...
What I did in addition to BM's wiring suggestions for both my chair and van, is to make a set of custom jumper cables, about 6' long IIRC, using AWG 6 wire, and a set of jumper clamps that can fit both top and side-post batteries on one end, and an Anderson SB-50 on the other... These live in the back of my van, and can serve both as a 3rd option for getting started if I'm dead, or let me play "good samaritan" and jump someone else off if need be...
