Everything looks fine in your pictures.

Your lead should now show up as Curtis 1309.

BUT your user level will be low as I do not know the extra embedded code .

No driver in the Task Manager on port 8 are as ft232. I can not understand how to save changes VID PID ?

Well I understand. changes need to save themselves. In what file to call him and put in what folder?
I saved and called D - is that correct? The question then becomes how to deal with driver settings?

I don't think it matters where you save the files ... the LEAD/CHIP is programmed with a new VID and PID ..Windows should find it and use the info from the Curtis program to assign it's parameters.

open FTPROG

Parse chip

Program chip

exit FTPROG

Check that the chip has been programmed.

open FTPROG

Parse Chip ...to check that new VID and PID has been retained.

NO NO

That is the FTDI Chip parameters for the Curtis 1309... they seem to match yours...but it's only a saved parameters file and NOT needed for the lead/chip to work.

You may need to restart your computer to get the lead to install as a Curtis 1309.

Good MORNING :)

The CAN BUS interface that is used on the wheelchairs works with no problems using the earlier 1314 programming station.
It emulates the NetPorty interface ... one of the first CAN BUS interfaces used by Curtis .

It is the work of Gologen.
You can use this file to get connection 1314 PCPS to curtis controllers with CAN-bus.

Name of this file is LXN4py2s.dll. You should unzip and copy this file to program's folder (C:\Program Files\1314-4401 PC PROGRAMMING STATION\) and change original LXN4py2s.dll (NetPorty driver).
Next. You should copy file QM_USB.dll (USB-CAN driver) to same folder. You get this file from seller when you purchase USB-CAN device.

Other steps to get connection to controller you can find here:
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1965&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=216

Before you start download please read:

1. My dll doesn't use all functions of original NetPorty. Just only functions used by 1314 PCPS. So. It is not full analog of NetPorty and cann't be used in other applications.
2.File was tested in Vista (32) and Windows 7(64) only. I guess, it should work in other Windows, but i didn't test. Who will test please post results.
3. I wrote this file for my own needs and i didn't use the protection from misuse (with other devices and without devices it can give crash of program). I got needed results and i stop work on this project.
4. And last one: You use this file AT YOUR OWN RISK

If you read and agree, please download and use it free:

You might want to private message Gologen ( Gennadiy ).
He is ...I believe.. also Russian and living in Canada. (memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=1290)

Only the Curtis enAble® 50 and MC-2 wheelchair controllers uses CAN BUS for programming...

Pride wheelchairs use Q logic ...which is a Q-logic joystick + Curtis enAble® 50 controller .

Some Ottobock wheelchairs also use the enAble® 50 controller but I think that they use a Curtis joystick.

I believe that the enAble® 40 controller just uses the standard RX and TX Serial connection for programming.

So ..to try and make it clear ... the Curtis controller is programmed through or via the joystick .
This is standard practice on most ..if not all .. makes and models of wheelchair controllers not just Curtis .

CAN BUS is a communications protocol that allows various parts to be easily added so that they can all talk to each other...
The configuration is Master ( possibly the joystick ) and Slaves .
