This is for sport/better control?

You also need:
MIN TURN ACC,
MIN TURN DEC,
MIN FORWARD ACC
MIN REVERSE ACC
MIN TURN SPEED

All these WILL need to be set to 100 too.
Or it will still feel delayed and inaccurate much of the time when you are not at exactly 100 percent full stick movement.

You may also want to increase motor compensation slightly. WITH CARE! A little at a time. To make it less smooth but respond more instantly.

And increase temperature roll back, to 70C from 55C to stop it reducing power.
And increase stall time, and other current related reduction setting to max or longer.

Because once you get it to jump and move you will run into heat and current rollback problems.

That place will supply some people, not others. They should supply you as its for sport use.

That's the place I got mine from, but another member on here had trouble getting one from them as they wouldn't sell one to him, so he had to visit me so I could set it up better for him. Guess it's how you explain what you need it for.

After sayng that you need a programmer, and want to adjust many things, for dozens of posts and pages of threads, now you ask why you need one?

Yes you can set up different profiles and speeds, but BACKUP the current setup before changing anything!!!

Faster accelerating? Probably.

Faster speed? ONLY if the manufacturer or a subsequent user has reduced speed for some reason.

Why?
Because haviong a chair that is capable of more speed, but is deliberately programmed slower, totally wastes battery power by the same amount at EVERY speed.

If a manufacturer wants to reduce speed by 50 percent for e.g; then the best way to do that would be to decrease gearing by this amount. Or waste a load of energy for no good reason.

For OEM access you do need the OEM dongle and PC software to be able to set it up correctly. OBP just gives the user dealer level access.
