And again, that's the DEALER version, you really need the OEM version to remove any walls that may have been set.

But I guess you know that already but it seems your are going through a lot of hassle to make your chair handle better. Then again my chair for all its faults is still pretty responsive.

That cable is only for the handheld programmer I think? You need to buy item 2 and an USB type A plug to USB type B plug... like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/5m-USB-2-0-Hi ... Sw6btXTD6O It should be included with the dongle.
