Just spoke to a tech guy at Dynamic. He told be all DX-GB power modules are basically the same as long as they are all the 4 pin DX BUS connectors no matter what the extra designations or names used. Inc all the mk4, 5, 6i are all the same (just fancy invacare designations) but may have different firmware that limits some options in settings, and that they don't store a copy of the memory setting. Battery connectors, cable lengths, motor connectors vary by part numbers. The programmer sees them all as DX-GB.

All the motors are 3rd party, and now invacare only as a source, and they have just been significantly redesigned for a 40 percent torque increase over the 2nd versions. Called plus... Also improved efficiency. You cant buy brushless controllers from dynamic any more but they do make them soley for dynamic (unofficially) and thats also now the only source. And DX bus joystick can be programmed to work them from C versions and upwards. UK, EU, US all the same.

Shirley, can you get these cheaper too?

http://www.j-mart.biz/j-parts/index.php ... ts_id=3707

I need ONE wheel G-craft 8 x 5.5J plain and...
One x wheel G-Craft 8 x 4J plain.

Each wheel gives me a left and right half rim.
So making the brushless motor wheel rim 8 x 4.25 wide and 3.25 wide.
One for W I D E stretched 120/70 tyres, one for 110/80 on the xplore chair.

And with both motor/rim sealed should be OK tubeless.

Not symetrical... So will need 2 rims! :x

Maybe they have the flat ones no holes that I need.

Alternately , cut this apart , and put an extra ring section to extend to your desired width . Weld them together , lathe the slot for rubber seal, and redo the finishing .

That may be even better and costs less .

This costs £12.00 a rim .

Wait till you received the 8” rims and confirm them fit for modification .

It wont. The center well, too deep... No room for bolts. Unless I drill 5 new holes in the rotor...

My motors arrived. They look almost new. Barely even dusty. Better than the pictures!
And my refurb (absolutely brand new if you ask me!) REM 550 joystick is here already.
Power module also here. Cables quite short but easy to make an extended one if needed. Also looks like new. Do people actually use these chairs?

And I won this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Invacare-ACS- ... fresh=true

Because I need a spare and because I am going to fit one of woodys RC interfaces so I can RC my brushless invacare chairs... Can just leave a spare buss cable where its easy to connect if when needed.

And I need a couple of wheel rim halfs for the brushless to measure and test...

72 dollars shipping alone for a power module! Buying in the US also always means customs rip off charges and vat on top...

Can you possibly post me a couple with cheap Chinese postal service?
