Unfortunately the man who knew everything about these cables has left for good. RIP.

So you will need to read a few forum posts and order a cable and adapt it to suit.

Thank you for your response, and unfortunate to have lost this man. Since I am very new to this and my wheelchair is new as well, could you help me in any way to determine what cable needs to be ordered please? It seems like there is a a control board that needs to be built in line with the cable but I could be wrong. Also, if someone already has a cable that I could buy or rent please respond.

These are correct I think. You just add a resistor and a low drop type diode. Diagrams are on the board somewhere! And a connector.

After reading a lot of posts, it seems that the sdrive controller in my unit is a s140 which requires a different cable setup?

Can anyone confirm that the original cable with only a diode and resistor can work on a sdrive s140 controller? If not, I dont think I have the skills necessary to build the cable as shown in the link above. Im more than happy to pay someone with that level of expertise.
