Well most of the world speaks english or chinese!

English: Australia, USA, canada, Ireland, England, wales, scotland, and many others all as first language. And most of the rest of the world as a second language. Language of the air, and the internet.

Other than chinese has a lot of people too.

Yes they are but I don't speak either of them, the Bluetooth function is a good function for many, at least for me, much better than dealing with the button.

Now may be a good time to learn! The world is gradually moving to either chinese for that huge continent or english for much of the rest of the world. For aviation, internet and also things like the ZXD.
Even in spanish speaking parts of south america they also mostly speak english too. When I was in mexico more english was heard than anything else.

My ex girlfreind was former yugoslav republic, now split up, so belgrade serbia. Speaks better english than I do. She learned mostly because yet another industry, movies and TV, is also pretty much dominated by english too. She watched with subtitles, and learned the english by listening.

There are those who are better at some things than others, this one and a few others I'm not good at at all but it's always a good time!

For those of us with failing eyesight it would be nice to see the user interface on an arbitrarily large monitor or TV. If the Bluetooth connected Android app supported screen cast, that could work. Or a PC app.

Ordinarily I'd order the largest screen available on the ZXD, but with an external screen option, I'd choose the larger fan instead.

With a BT, PC app, and control like the PL8 etc so would I.

No anderson on top. Ugly! Ruins the nice design.

If anderson has to be external or on top, dont fit one.
I already have 2 ZXD's with andersons fitted.
So not needed.

Anderson on top is mine, w/ pigtails to add a second small 45A PowerPole pair (15/30/45 size w/ the 45A contacts) and I think it's LOVELY to have all the connection options available on the front of the ZXD....

Remember, Beauty is in the eye of the Be(er)holder....

Actually, I'd have preferred to have had the three plugs for the measured supply output on the front panel, not that (for me) useless XT connector...

I will also have an anderson and XT60, XT30, and XLR and a bunch of other hobby type connections on the front. On a short fly lead adapter with an female XT90 on it to plug into the charger.

Either a bunch of seperate cables, or a multilead with many options. Or both. And another with croc clips too.

The XT 90 is a very hard wearing compact connector thats a very good idea. You can easily make up as many adapters or full cables to that XT90 as you wish. And once unplugged its flush, out of the way.

Not for controlling through cell phone at the moment.

Arrived today, yay! I am chicken! I daringly pushed the adjustment knob on and then retreated. I will figure it out, there is plenty of info on this thread.

It is overkill for my present requirements, but will come into its own, preferably later rather than sooner.

Arrived today, yay! .

Glad that it arrived not damaged at all. I received one yesterday with both 4mm banana sockets knocked off completely.

Your unit is completely silent @1000w load. No fan noise to bother anymore.

The packaging was very protective and improved from the way you did it a few years ago. The sockets themselves were fine, very well padded, in fact probably there was no need to unscrew the covers for shipping. The adjustment job was also removed and taped safely, with a spot on the shaft and on the knob for reference when adjusting it. Terminals are not marked + and -, but the covers are red & back and I guessed it is the same way round as usual.

This newest V2 compact aluminum case with 3.2" display (stock is 2.4") is a big hits. I've been on back order ever since.

They are heading to Shenzhen, south of China. Will arrive tomorrow or the day after, and I will pack and ship them out right away.
