Its slow, has no power, put it under any real load and CLICK off go the main circuit breakers (under the seat! where i can`t get ) and it eats batterys! (could be the cheap things the NHS keep fitting!) not sure what they put on? never taken much notice!
I would like to think i am a ok driver (used to drive a car and playstation generation and all that) but i still managed to mount a wall after getting it!
So much controller delay dialed in even after them supposedly changing the settings its no better It still supprize`s me with overstearing
Thinking of investing in my own lifestand anyway.

Did they reply to each specific point in writing?
NHS Wheelchair Services are run by local health authorities. They are responsible for allocating funds to the Wheelchair Service and Primary Care Trusts who are responsible for providing the service itself. This sometimes includes contracting the running of the service to an outside company

Is this an "outside company"? ...then I'd suspect that they're screwing the NHS by replacing your "faulty" chair and "scrapping" it....then buying it from the NHS and polishing /refurbishing it to be sold on.
I dont know if the Spectra xtr2 is better then the plus but I do know I dont like it.
So came back asked for a powerchair (im telling the story here real fast yeh) blah blah blah got it last week i was over the moon, got the hand over and tried it for 1 hour and I hated it. Why well its an invacare now I dont know if the Spectra xtr2 is better then the plus but I do know I dont like it. Number one i hated the huge wheels on the front. As I have been given a through the floor lift they just kept banging side to side and even cracking part of a panel. Also there was no riser, and the control was fixed straight and not swingable, so when I tried going to my desk it just hit the desk and also on the dining table. So it was just a hindrance, I also found the ride not very good. Also can anyone clarify if you have electric leg adjustment can you have them swingable or are they fixed to the frame, and also does electric riser which also must lower help get under desk and tables.
