If you just want the best chair that you can get

I will not sell these things to safety Nazis... I will obviously help you with parts or modifications if I possibly can but I have no spares department! Many of the parts are available from a variety of sources anyway... Later on page.

They will not be built unless I get 10 (£5000) deposits (all ten deposits). Once I have these, then over the next few (say 6) months I will build a batch of them the same as the one I already use now every day. With the same care and attention to detail.  Frankly I doubt I will get a single deposit! Which is fine by me. But its just not viable to do one at a time.

Once ready then I expect the remainder to be paid by the time they are collected by the respective owners. And in any case within 2 months of my having them ready and finished.  If not then your deposit will be lost and I will sell your powerchair to someone else via eBay...  I don't have the room or money to spare here.

• Lights - contact to discuss. These above are sunrise rear lights. No front lights fitted. These are NON WORKING as no lighting actuator is fitted. On yours It can be fitted, as can front lights. Your choice.
• All new Sunrise Medical Upholstery
• All new fabricated complete centre section and motor mounting/battery tray etc.
• All new fabricated footplate (no swing away ones)
• All new alternative wheels and tyres and front casters
• All new 4 pole 6mph EMD Motors (same as the latest Sunrise F55s powerchair)
• All new wiring loom and battery cables
• All new bearings etc (in stainless steel)
• All new alternative stainless steel fasteners
• All new fabricated adjustable seat mounting plates
• Choice of either the tyres shown above (4 ply, used with or without tubes, and filled with tyre seal) or puncture resistant "pavement" tyres. Total width is 25.25 or 26.5 depending on tyre choice.
• Choice of GEL (MK 73 Amp Hour) or AGM Hawker Odyssey 65 Amp Hour batteries. Gel = more cycles. AGM = more torque and power and fast charging... I use AGM.
• User seat angle and footrest height configured to suit on collection. Can be altered a little later on by user or needs different length bars making.
• Seat depth is best at the current 18 inches. less is possible only by compromising c of g and moving user forwards.
• Tilt seat possible, easily at extra. cost. Its easy to do but adds weight and expense.

If you are truly interested and don't mind waiting then send me your deposits! I will keep them until I have 10 deposits. The time this may take is unknown. After 10 deposits are received I will build 10 powerchairs. Deposits are returnable if you get fed up waiting! (Any refund charges are not included). Until I get all ten and start building them. After that time they are non refundable.   Since I am using F55s & F55 donor powerchairs here this price includes me acquiring them on your behalf. This can be a slow process. If you provide the donor chair then that means £1000 off the total price since it saves me driving all over the country finding one.

On these terms I don't really expect to get any deposits. But I am not a manufacturer and its not viable to build less than 10 at a time and I don't have that amount of money laying around!  So that's how it has to be.  Nothing stops anyone doing it much cheaper in a bedroom at home as I did 3 times!
